French Elite Montessori school , newly established in the Niagara region providing a full French immersion environment, is looking for a full-time CASA Montessori Assistant and/or Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to support the implementation of a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating early childhood Montessori education environment.

Qualifications And Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Completion of a Montessori Assistant and/or an Early Childhood Assistant Certificate or equivalent (preferred).

Experience in a Montessori school or early learning setting (preferred).

Familiarity with other child-centered approaches (an asset).

French language knowledge (an asset)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively.

Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
