Grader Position in Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess assignments, term projects, and final exams

• Deliver clear, written feedback to students

• Monitor midterms and examine grading processes

• Follow guidelines outlined in the Collective Agreement

Requirements:

• Minimum 80% in MGMT4P90 or equivalent

• At least 75% average in a fourth-year business program

• Above 80% on the Writing Proficiency Test

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in grading or marking preferred
