The District School Board of Niagara is looking for energetic and compassionate Supply Early Childhood Educators. This role allows you to choose your workdays and locations, promoting a positive work/life balance. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver quality play-based education tailored to meet individual student needs in Kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement curriculum for diverse student needs

• Observe and assess Kindergarten development

• Plan and execute engaging group activities

• Support children with Individual Education Plans

• Maintain communication with families and staff

Requirements:

• Two-year College Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Knowledge of Kindergarten Program and related legislation

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and emergencies

• Commitment to child safety and well-being
