The Senior Educational Developer will collaborate closely with the Centre for Teaching Excellence. This position is pivotal in crafting impactful faculty development programs, workshops, and resources that enrich teaching methods and student learning experiences. Your leadership will promote strategic initiatives that enhance teaching practices across UNF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging workshops for university faculty

• Develop services to meet faculty needs in teaching excellence

• Consult on curriculum development and best practices

• Oversee the implementation of educational certificates

• Foster collaborations leveraging AI for improved learning

Requirements:

• Master’s degree;
PhD preferred

• At least 5 years of university teaching experience

• 3-5 years in a development role focused on faculty

• Comprehensive knowledge of educational theories

• Strong leadership and communication skills
