Position: ParaMed Clinical Educator Role
Location: Niagara-on-the-Lake

Become a Clinical Educator with Para Med and enhance staff training across various healthcare fields. Drive quality education to improve service delivered within a client-focused framework.

In your new role as a Clinical Educator, you will be pivotal in the training and development of field staff within the district. With a minimum of 3–5 years of adult education experience and strong clinical skills, you will facilitate essential educational programs tailored to improve care standards. Your input will influence the operational execution of the district's educational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement educational programs for staff

• Coordinate clinical orientations and training sessions

• Evaluate training needs to optimize educational strategies

• Deliver mandatory and role-specific training

• Uphold policy standards through comprehensive staff education

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Practical Nurse

• Experience in community nursing preferred

• Knowledgeable in nursing legislation and best practices

• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
