In your new position, you will deliver training on brokerage processes, technology platforms, and operational procedures to staff across all branches and Head Office of Billyard Insurance Group. Your blend of instructional expertise and passion for learning will directly support employee success and engagement. You will create lasting resources to aid ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training for staff

• Deliver training on industry tools and business systems

• Assist employees in applying new knowledge practically

• Create and update training materials and resources

• Gather and act upon learner feedback for improvements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• RIBO certification, Level 1 or higher

• At least 3 years of relevant insurance experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance products and principles

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
