Location: Niagara Falls

Seasonal Instructor – Master of Data Analytics (MDA) – Fall 2026 (September 26 – December 13). The University of Niagara Falls Canada invites applications to teach hybrid sessions, on‑site minimum 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures and instructional content across in‑person, online, or hybrid modalities to create an inclusive, dynamic learning environment.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain course materials, including assignments, quizzes, and exams, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
  • Offer regular office hours to meet with students, address inquiries, and provide academic support.
  • Design, grade, and provide feedback on assignments, tests, and exams in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development to align content with industry standards and trends.
  • Use internal software to manage grades, track progress, and update students on course material.
Qualifications
  • PhD in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, and DAX.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data storytelling.
  • Proficiency in databases, including SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
  • Prior post‑secondary teaching experience considered an asset.
  • Industry experience in data analytics or business intelligence preferred.

  • Time management: prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
