Group Training Facilitator

Position: Billyard Insurance Group Training Facilitator
Location: Welland

In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering vital training across our branch network and Head Office. Your expertise in the insurance industry will support the design and facilitation of training programs covering internal procedures and critical technology platforms. Build an educational environment that fosters confidence and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a variety of training formats: virtual, in‑person, or recorded

• Develop and update training materials and job aids

• Assist with course enrollment and participation tracking

• Support compliance initiatives and maintain training accuracy

• Monitor trainee progress and gather feedback for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brokerage or related field

• RIBO certification at Level 1 or higher

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Background in training, instructional design, or coaching

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
