Candidates working at this post are required to complete the delivery of outstanding quality academic courses including math, communications and computer applications courses working at this post.
They’re also responsible for scheduling and coordinating the academic delivery of academic courses in line with college budget and enrollment forecasts working at this post.
Candidates are also required at this post to provide leadership in the development and renewal of curriculum, the effective hiring and development of faculty, and the management of workload assignments.
Applicants for this post are required to design and control an expense budget, supervise faculty and staff, and manage the delivery of courses in the portfolio.
Job requirement    Candidates must have completed a master’s degree in a related field to be eligible for this post.
They must have a minimum of 9 years combined experience which includes management and industry experience and at least 5 years of successful teaching at a post-secondary level to be eligible for this post.
Applicants must have prior experience working with diverse student populations to be eligible for this post.
Candidates for this post must have demonstrated experience in developing student-centred programs and supports to be preferred for this post.
Applicants must have experience with curriculum design and development in a post-adult environment.
Applicants must have proven development abilities in moving ideas from conceptual to operational to be eligible for this post.
They must have advanced team building, collaboration, and networking abilities to be preferred for this post.
Work setting    They must attain superior skills in communication, problem-solving or conflict resolution, organisation, and prioritizing within a multi-faceted role to be preferred for this post.
