Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee the Maintenance Department's operations

• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Measure and improve key performance indicators for equipment

• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and failure analysis

• Manage the installation and commissioning process for new machinery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or equipment integration

• Expertise in automation systems and PLCs

• Strong analytical and diagnostics skills

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
