Job Duties:

*** To operate and monitor all utility equipment located outside the boiler house and perform all operating duties as it relates to TSSA which includes: cooling towers, refrigeration systems, air compressors, steam condensate collection systems, waste water and process water plants and tests emergency diesel generators in the two resin manufacturing areas.
* Supplies production with all utilities (dry air, water treatment including demineralizer and RO, wastewater treatment, fire water, chilled water, cooling towers).
* Responsible for the start-up and shutdown of various equipment including air compressors, chillers, rotary drum filter and fire pump engines.
* Completes water tests, sludge tests, and wastewater tests, perform chemical drawdowns, and adjust chemical feed as necessary.
