Join Syensqo as a Global Reliability Engineer, dedicated to advancing Mechanical Integrity programs and asset reliability. Your expertise in early defect detection will be crucial for our manufacturing sites.

As a key player in the engineering team, you will manage and enhance Mechanical Integrity initiatives focusing on piping systems and static equipment.

Your role demands adherence to compliance standards and the ability to convert reliability data into actionable insights. Contribute to reducing equipment failures and improving overall operational efficiency through continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Mechanical Integrity efforts for piping and static equipment

• Ensure compliance with TSSA/CSA B51 regulations

• Manage technical documentation and inspection outcomes

• Collaborate with maintenance to resolve critical failures

• Perform equipment analysis to support reliability initiatives

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer, P.Eng designation preferred

• More than 4 years of experience in chemical plants

• Familiarity with mechanical integrity standards

• Experience with reliability data management tools

• Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
