As the Chief Engineer in Niagara-on-the-Lake, you will be at the helm of all maintenance operations for the new 102-room hotel. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize manuals and training for pre-opening readiness

• Establish maintenance procedures and logs

• Oversee repairs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Maintain fire and life-safety systems

• Support annual budget planning and inventory management
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in hotel engineering roles

• Expertise in diagnosing building systems

• Leadership experience in maintenance teams

• Knowledge of Ontario's building standards and codes

• Communicative with a strong sense of urgency
