Become a key player at INNIO as a Detail-Oriented Engine Technician focusing on rig and de-rig processes. Ensure smooth engine transitions with strict adherence to safety standards.
In this technician role, you will prepare engines for testing and handle detailed inspections. The position necessitates a strong background in mechanical engineering and quality documentation. You will support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Move tested engines to de-rig stations
• Log and monitor engine operations using MES
• Perform borescope inspections as necessary
• Generate non-conformance reports with precision
• Move and torque engines securely to prepare for paint
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
• Engine assembly and testing experience
• Familiarity with MES systems
• Proven ability to operate lifting equipment
• Strong focus on detail and documentation
