As a Senior Mechanical Designer at SWS, you will leverage at least five years of experience in mechanical design to influence the Arrow product family. Your specialty in structural design and motion systems—including hydraulic and electric actuators—will be key. You'll also assist in fabrication, working closely with production teams to guarantee high-quality outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative designs for structural and motion systems

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver tailored solutions

• Perform stress and performance analysis for safety compliance

• Design for manufacturability in aluminum fabrication processes

• Collaborate on production to streamline design to manufacturing flow

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience

• Advanced skills in Solid Works, GD&T, and stress analysis

• Understanding of metal fabrication and welding techniques

• Experience with simulation tools for design reliability

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
