In this role, you will lead environmental assessments for major transportation and infrastructure projects. Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, including regulators and Indigenous communities, to create effective consultation programs. Your technical expertise will enhance project documentation and support junior planners in their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee environmental assessments for major infrastructure projects

• Deliver high-quality project documentation and consultation plans

• Apply professional judgement in resolving environmental issues

• Lead and mentor junior team members for skill development

• Foster collaboration with regulators and stakeholder groups

Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Ontario regulatory frameworks

• Degree in environmental studies, planning, or similar

• Strong background in stakeholder and Indigenous engagement

• Familiarity with environmental assessment processes

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
