Oversee the engineering function at an exciting new luxury hotel. This hands-on role requires exceptional technical expertise and a passion for creating an outstanding guest experience through effective facility management.
As Chief Engineer, you’ll shape the engineering operations of a unique boutique hotel. You will bring 5+ years of hotel engineering expertise, leading a team and collaborating across departments to ensure optimal building systems performance. Your proactive approach will support a memorable stay through rigorous attention to maintenance and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction handover and building system commissioning

• Launch and oversee preventive maintenance programs

• Set up vendor accounts for various trades

• Conduct building inspections and ensure regulatory compliance

• Lead and train a dedicated engineering team
Requirements:

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or building maintenance

• Strong diagnostic skills for building systems

• Experience leading maintenance teams

• Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
