This role revolves around managing capital project prioritization, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality engineering services. With at least seven years in municipal engineering, you will act as a key advisor, preparing reports for senior leadership and ensuring a high-performance culture among your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage long-term infrastructure planning and servicing strategies

• Ensure engineering standards and compliance are met

• Prepare analytical and technical reports for Council presentations

• Act as a technical advisor in infrastructure lifecycle management

• Guide teams in complex project execution and issues resolution
Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree with a P.Eng. designation

• At least seven years in municipal project management

• Strong decision-making and leadership experience

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Understanding of municipal legislation and asset management
