We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team delivering innovative engineering solutions within our Automation, Marine & Ports business. This role blends technical leadership, people leadership, and project execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives leading high-performing teams while driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities   Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions
Drive performance across functional safety, cybersecurity, quality, margin improvement, and on-time delivery
Ensure projects follow best practices and execution standards while meeting contractual requirements
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and agile methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce engineering lead times
Oversee multiple priorities while strengthening engineering capability and team development
Serve as the technical lead on select projects and support strategic initiatives
Qualifications   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Naval Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of experience in engineering leadership or a relevant technical environment
Robust background balancing technical execution and commercial project delivery
Experience leading teams and driving results across multiple priorities
Knowledge of functional safety, cybersecurity, automation systems, and engineering operations
