Lead the future infrastructure projects as the Municipal Engineering Manager in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This strategic role emphasizes engineering standards and project oversight.

In this position, you will guide the Engineering Division’s long-term planning and manage capital projects in compliance with regulations. Your leadership will direct multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project execution, while promoting teamwork and navigating complex issues to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead municipal servicing reviews and infrastructure planning

• Prepare detailed reports for Council and senior leadership

• Oversee multidisciplinary teams in project execution

• Ensure adherence to health standards and regulations

• Foster teamwork and resolve complex engineering issues

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree and P.Eng. designation

• Minimum of seven years in municipal engineering

• Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills

• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders

• Knowledgeable in procurement and asset management
