Electrical Inspection Draftsperson Position

Location: St. Catharines

Be a part of the innovative team rence Seaway Management Corporation as an Electrical Design Draftsperson. Based in St. Catharines, you will focus on the design and inspection of critical electrical systems.

In this permanent role, you will leverage your extensive experience to contribute to project reliability and compliance. You will be responsible for creating high-quality electrical drawings and conducting inspections to ensure all work meets safety regulations and specifications. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact on our infrastructure’s sustainability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate electrical drawings using CAD tools

• Draft detailed technical specifications for projects

• Inspect construction work for compliance and safety

• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar

• At least six years of relevant design experience

• CAD proficiency, including AutoCAD tools

• Certification eligibility with OACETT

• Clean Class G driver’s license required
