Location: Welland
Syensqo is hiring a Senior Site Process Engineer in Niagara Falls, Ontario, to spearhead process engineering and safety initiatives. This role emphasizes process design and operational compliance.
As a key player in the Cytec Canada Inc site, you will leverage your extensive experience in chemical manufacturing to enhance safety and efficiency. Your leadership will guide teams in operational excellence, capital project execution, and adherence to safety regulations. Collaborating across disciplines, you will drive sustainable improvements in manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process improvement and OEE initiatives
• Develop engineering specifications for equipment
• Facilitate process simulations and evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate on capital projects from conception to optimization
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Ontario P.Eng. designation required
• At least 10 years of progressive experience
• Strong skills in incident investigation and risk management
• Hands-on experience with process analytics
