In this representative role, you'll ensure the ideal member experience through proactive engagement and expert financial solutions. Your teamwork and strong interpersonal skills will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term member relationships. You'll be key in achieving business development goals set by branch management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized service to enhance member relationships

• Conduct business development to identify client needs

• Provide relevant product recommendations to meet financial goals

• Maintain adherence to service standards and procedures

• Support operational tasks, including balanced cash and audits

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years in banking or related experience

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication abilities

• Willingness to assist team members as needed
