This role is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing Member Experience through tailored financial support. You'll assess financial needs while providing transactional services, identifying opportunities for new accounts, and promoting relevant financial products. Team collaboration is key as you work closely with Wealth and Small Business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand Member financial requirements

• Facilitate daily banking transactions efficiently

• Open new Member accounts and make financial recommendations

• Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for referrals

• Work with teams to enhance Member engagement strategies

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Sound knowledge of the financial services industry

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
