In this role, you will provide exceptional service at the branch and via phone or email as a Member Service Representative. You'll handle transactions, identify member needs for financial services, and collaborate with branch partners to meet those needs. Your contributions will help improve member satisfaction while adhering to our standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional member experiences through relationship building

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately

• Promote credit union products and services based on member needs

• Assist with cash handling and balancing responsibilities

• Foster local banking initiatives by attending community events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in banking or credit unions

• Cash handling experience is essential

• Sales experience is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
