Business Banking Account Support Representative

Location: St. Catharines

Business banking support at Meridian requires accurate documentation and strong communication. This hybrid role serves Delivery staff and Business Members across Ontario.
The Business Banking Support Representative provides centralized assistance for account opening, account maintenance, lending requests, and other business services. You will prepare compliant documents, fulfill solutions in Encore Banking, and coordinate with Operations, branches, adjudication, risk, and external partners. The position requires 1–3 years of progressive experience in Business Banking or banking and finance service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Delivery Network staff with business solution fulfillment
Prepare compliant deposit, online banking, and lending documentation
Fulfill business solutions accurately in Encore Banking
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Provide proactive, high-quality Member service
Requirements:
1–3 years progressive Business Banking or banking experience
Knowledge of business account opening processes
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage tight documentation timelines independently
Comfort adopting digital tools and AI-enabled technology
Support Meridian Business Banking through account opening, lending documentation, Encore Banking, and accurate Member service.
