Part Time Member Experience Representative

Serve Meridian Members with empathy and consultative skills at the Portage-Morrison Branch in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This is an in-office, part-time opportunity.

As a Member Services Representative, you will deliver exceptional Member experiences while positioning Meridian products and services. The work includes accurate transactions, qualified referrals, confidential service, and support for Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills support success.

• Serve Members with excellence, patience, empathy, and discretion
• Identify needs and promote appropriate products and services
• Post transactions accurately and maintain complete records
• Resolve Member concerns and create action plans
• Participate in branch and community activities

• Previous frontline sales or service-related industry experience
• High School diploma or relevant working experience
• Strong computer systems knowledge and communication skills
• Effective organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
