Drive beauty sales and deliver exceptional service as an Hourly Beauty Specialist at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Your role involves promoting beauty products, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring the best experience.
In this part time position, you will engage customers and maximize sales through the promotion of beauty products and services. You’ll be part of a local team dedicated to health and beauty, ensuring every shopper receives superior service while participating in the PC Optimum program and attending events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize awareness of beauty promotions
• Cultivate strong customer relationships with superior service
• Actively promote and book beauty product events
• Adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards and policies
• Engage in vendor workshops and training sessions
Requirements:
• Proven skills in selling cosmetics effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in conducting product consultations
• Able to lift weights up to 50 pounds
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
