Position: Senior Human Resources Total Rewards Lead

Henry Schein is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to enhance employee benefits and compensation in a hybrid setup in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Bring your expertise in Total Rewards to support Team Schein Members.

This role involves complex case management and consulting on compensation and benefits while driving Total Rewards program improvements across Canada. Collaborate closely with HR and leadership to manage disability and workers’ compensation cases, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Utilize analytical insights to support wellness strategies and compliance audits effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escalated issues in Total Rewards flawlessly

• Administer job-protected leave and disability cases

• Provide job evaluation and compensation recommendations

• Drive wellness strategy and analyze employee data

• Support compliance audits and maintain HRIS data integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• 3-5 years of HR or Total Rewards experience

• Expert in Excel and Workday or similar HRIS

• Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills

• CCP or HR designation preferred
