Key Responsibilities:

• Coach managers on staff management aligned with values

• Manage an ER case load from start to finish

• Support various HR functions to achieve effective outcomes

• Contribute to the development of HR practices and policies

• Produce data reports from HR systems for decision-making

Requirements:

• Relevant Level 3 qualification

• Experience in a similar HR role with systems usage

• Ability to lead casework processes

• Skilled in building stakeholder relationships

• CIPD qualification preferred but not required
