WHY US

What You Will Do

  • Own complex and escalated Total Rewards matters from assessment through stakeholder coordination, recommendation, resolution, documentation and follow-up.
  • Manage complex job-protected leave, disability, workers’ compensation, accommodation and return-to-work cases across Canadian jurisdictions, coordinating with employees, leaders, HR, Payroll, Safety & Security, carriers and provincial bodies.
  • Provide compensation consulting through market benchmarking, job evaluation, internal equity analysis, pay positioning and recommendations for hires, promotions, internal moves and evolving roles.
  • Support annual merit and incentive programs, market reviews, salary structures, pay equity/pay transparency requirements and other compensation initiatives through advanced analysis and recommendations.
  • Create, evolve and drive the Canadian wellness strategy using benefits utilization, claims, workers’ compensation, disability, leave, participation and employee insight data to identify priorities and measure outcomes.
  • Analyze benefits and pension trends and support renewals, plan-design evaluation, implementation, DB/DC pension governance, audits, vendor coordination and member education.
  • Contribute to Total Rewards compliance audits, data-integrity reviews and controls, including Pay Equity/Employment Equity and FSRA requirements.
  • Lead or contribute to Total Rewards projects, process improvements, HRIS enhancements, communications and vendor initiatives while maintaining accurate employee and organizational data in Workday and ADP.

What You Bring

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field, with three to five years of progressive Total Rewards or HR experience. You have hands-on experience with compensation, benefits, leaves, disability and workers’ compensation, along with strong analytical, case management and communication skills.
