Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of the Digital Banking roadmap

• Lead cross-functional collaboration for digital projects

• Align project plans with business objectives

• Track resource availability and manage dependencies

• Ensure consistent communication of roadmaps and statuses

Requirements:

• 2–5 years in financial services or fintech

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail

• Agile experience preferred, Scrum Master certification a plus

• Comfort with adopting new digital and AI tools
