Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary escalation point for significant technical issues

• Manage complex problems ensuring successful resolutions

• Provide extensive support across IT systems onsite and remote

• Assist in the documentation process within our PSA

• Drive proactive improvements in client operations
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience

• Must possess relevant IT certifications

• MSP background preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to coach junior team members

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
