This role requires strong expertise in application support and configuration within a municipal context. You will provide technical assistance, manage user needs, and implement improvements systematically. Training and user support play a crucial role in integrating software effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee community development software maintenance

• Provide front-line technical troubleshooting

• Collaborate with departments on process improvements

• Lead the creation of reports and dashboards

• Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science

• Minimum 3-5 years in application support

• Experience with Harris/City View is essential

• Knowledge of GIS integration preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
