We are currently seeking a Client Success & Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This leadership role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and maintaining service excellence in alignment with our established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development: Oversee the support team’s performance, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.
Service Delivery & Client Engagement: Act as the bridge between technical support staff and clients, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and client expectations.
Operational Efficiency &
Innovation: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Customer Satisfaction & Performance Management: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, track performance metrics, and develop initiatives to enhance service quality.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing a support team, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in service delivery. They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in service coordination, operations, or management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Education and Experience:
Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT services environment is an asset.
