Location: niagara falls
Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a Service Now Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM) . The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the Service Now platform, a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Service Now implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement Service Now solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Service Now applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrations.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Service Now standards.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Service Now environment.
- Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and development standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development and implementation experience.
- Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or CRM/SOM modules.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification.
- Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, integrations, and API development.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable Service Now solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Service Now certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale Service Now environments.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience integrating Service Now with third-party business applications.
