Your Responsibilities
You’ll measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across digital, email, social, paid, organic, and brand channels while delivering actionable recommendations.
You’ll develop dashboards, reports, predictive models, and business insights that support strategic marketing decisions and organizational goals.
You’ll lead audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and marketing performance analysis using platforms such as Dynamics 365, Soapbox, Google, Meta, and other marketing technologies.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, marketing attribution, CRM capabilities, and reporting processes while supporting AI and automation initiatives.
You’ll conduct A/B testing, customer analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign performance.
You’ll ensure marketing communications meet data quality standards and comply with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
Degree or diploma in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Advanced SQL and PySpark experience within a Microsoft Fabric environment, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAS, and Google Analytics required.
Hands‑on experience with marketing platforms including Dynamics 365, Google, Meta, Soapbox, and customer segmentation tools.
Experience using Python, R, VBA, or similar scripting languages for automation is considered a strong asset.
Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build cross‑functional relationships, mentor colleagues, and embrace AI‑enabled technologies to improve efficiency.
