We are seeking an Advanced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in troubleshooting and mentorship. This full-time position offers the opportunity to own substantial issues and mentor junior staff while improving systems' reliability.
Your role will involve engaging clients and delivering top-notch service across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary escalation contact for complex issues
• Drive problem ownership to ensure successful outcomes
• Provide comprehensive support for IT systems and networks
• Identify and recommend proactive improvements
• Collaborate effectively on tech initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Certifications including ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft 365 required
• Proven experience in mentoring junior staff
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• MSP experience highly preferred
