Position: On-Site Technical Support for Airbus
Location: Fort Erie

Join Airbus Helicopters Canada as a Technical Support Representative based in Portage la Prairie, focusing on the H135 platform. Deliver expert guidance and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.

In this 13-month contract position, you'll serve as the key technical support liaison for a government customer. This role requires strong aircraft maintenance skills, as well as the ability to manage customer inquiries and technical requests promptly. Report directly to the Technical Support Manager while fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for customer inquiries

• Assist with troubleshooting and documentation requests

• Report issues accurately in Airbus WEBTEK database

• Monitor open issues to ensure swift resolution

• Provide AOG support as necessary

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field

• AME, M1 and/or M2 Licence essential

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with Airbus products

• Knowledge of Airbus web applications advantageous

• Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance
