Position: Airbus Helicopters Customer Technical Liaison
Location: Fort Erie

Become a crucial part of Airbus Helicopters Canada as a Customer Technical Liaison in Portage La Prairie, MB. Ensure exceptional service and technical insights for H135 operations.

In this engaging contract role, you will serve as the on-site representative, coordinating directly with a government client. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, reporting, and advising on technical needs, ensuring mission readiness through effective support and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated technical support as the main contact

• Help customers with troubleshooting on H135 products

• Document and track issues using Airbus WEBTEK

• Compile reports for incident management and operational review

• Offer training sessions to enhance customer technical expertise

Requirements:

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a related field

• Required AME, M1 and/or M2 Licence

• 10+ years’ experience with Airbus Helicopter products

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Eligible for Canadian Government Security Clearance
