Senior Systems Administrator Opportunity

Location: Niagara Falls

E.S. Fox Limited is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator in Niagara Falls, ON, to handle complex IT infrastructure needs. This role focuses on server management, security, and efficient data handling.

In this Senior Systems Administrator position reporting to the I.T. Operations Manager, you will manage the deployment, support, and enhancement of our IT architecture. Your responsibilities include a focus on security protocols, performance management, and providing high-level technical support. You’ll also work closely with the Helpdesk to resolve escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy complex server and storage solutions

• Ensure uptime and manage network systems

• Administer security measures, including antivirus and firewalls

• Prepare and implement disaster recovery plans

• Conduct routine audits and perform updates

Requirements:

• Post-secondary IT education or equivalent experience

• Over 6 years in IT infrastructure management

• Proficient in Active Directory and email server management

• Familiar with virtualization and networking

• Strong scripting experience for efficiency
