YOUR IMPACTA role in Open Text Professional Services is more than just delivering projects — it’s an opportunity to shape how global engineering leaders manage critical information across complex asset life cycles.

As a Technical Architect, you will design and deliver cutting-edge Enterprise Content Management solutions, helping clients successfully digitize their operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation. The Technical Architect will act as a leading authority on architecting the proper Enterprise architecture to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources. Understands client requirements and advises client on solution options. They will also apply expert business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data.

Exhibits a broad knowledge of all service offerings within Open Text, working with other team members to grow and develop knowledge as the product offering extends in features and settings. Collaborates with the sales team to scope the specialized portion of proposals for client engagements.
