Join Airbus Helicopters Canada as an On-Site Technical Support Representative for the H135 project located in Portage La Prairie, MB. Provide essential technical support and ensure mission readiness at a strategic government facility.
In this 13-month contract role, you will act as the primary technical liaison for a government customer. Your expertise on the H135 platform, along with troubleshooting skills, will be essential in supporting customer needs and operational efficiency. Collaborate with technicians and management while reporting issues efficiently to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the onsite technical support representative for customers
• Communicate effectively through various channels for technical assistance
• Support troubleshooting and information requests on H135 products
• Maintain detailed records of customer issues in the Airbus WEBTEK system
• Develop schedules for customer training and product updates
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field
• 10+ years of experience on Airbus Helicopter products
• AME, M1, or M2 Licence required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications
• Eligibility for Canadian Government Security Clearance
