As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you'll report to the Technical Director and engage with customers on technical inquiries and solutions. Your expertise in mechanical systems will help identify customer needs and troubleshoot product issues effectively. You'll also play a pivotal role in sourcing new business opportunities by collaborating with OEMs and resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and assess needs promptly
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process system issues
• Maintain key account relationships for long-term success
• Identify new opportunities to foster company growth
• Track interactions and contribute to internal resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business, or communications
• Minimum 3 years in technical product support
• Strong mechanical systems problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Valid passport for travel within Canada and the USA
