The Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) position focuses on incident command and cross-functional collaboration within our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. Candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a background in technical operations. You will drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews and track production issue trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Incident Commander during major incidents
• Own incident communications to stakeholders
• Lead blameless Post-Incident Reviews
• Analyze incident trends and create Problem tickets
• Enforce incident management framework and standards
Requirements:
• 6+ years in incident management or technical operations
• Strong ITIL foundation and observability stack experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with incident tooling like Datadog and JIRA
• Competence in SLA/SLO-driven operations
