As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting hybrid infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

Your role will involve managing vendor relationships and collaborating with internal teams, ensuring high-quality infrastructure solutions. You will also bring your expertise in incident resolution, change management, and AI automation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-premises data centers and Azure cloud solutions

• Provide Tier 3 expertise for technology issues
