• Release shipments and manage assigned accounts

• Track shipments and respond to client inquiries

• Provide accurate final accounting to CBSA

• Coordinate invoice payments and cargo transportation

• Recommend process improvements for efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 3-5 years of customs brokerage experience

• Progressing towards Certified Customs Specialist certification

• Strong command of English

• Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities
