You will reside on-site and work a flexible schedule of four weekdays and every other weekend. The position includes responsibilities such as minor repairs, resident communications, and ensuring property upkeep. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute minor repairs and maintenance duties

• Attend to resident inquiries and maintenance requests

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property

• Assist in lifting heavy objects and snow removal

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance or property management

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Basic computer skills necessary
