• Attend to exterior maintenance, picking up debris and maintaining garages

• Report any safety concerns to the management team

• Flexibility to work weekends is mandatory

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience in cleaning

• Effective customer service skills for handling resident inquiries

• Capability to lift and maneuver large items

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
