Position: Full-Time STAR Cleaner in Niagara Region
Location: Pelham

Join our team as a full-time STAR Cleaner, serving clients with excellence in the Niagara Region, Ontario. No experience needed, as we offer comprehensive paid training and a supportive work environment.

We seek dedicated individuals who embody our STAR values:
Service, Teammate, Accountable, and Reliable. You will perform cleaning duties using a client-approved checklist, ensuring satisfaction with each visit. This role includes lifting, bending, and maintaining communication throughout each cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive 5 minutes early for each scheduled cleaning

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival

• Remove dirt and organize homes using a checklist

• Conduct client walk-throughs and secure approval

Requirements:

• Lift up to 20 lbs comfortably

• Stand, bend, and perform cleaning tasks

• Speak, read, and write fluent English

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
